US Black Angus Ribeye grade Choice ini memiliki grade sapi menengah di USA (mohon cek gambar ke-2). Ribeye Choice ini berasal dari sapi hitam Black Angus pemakan biji2an (grainfed). Dagingnya memiliki marbling seperti wagyu sehingga rasanya gurih dan tidak keras. Mudah dimasak dan enak dijadikan steak.

Cocok untuk menu Roast Beef, western BBQ atau dibuat steak.

Ribeye Choice ini sudah sering dipakai di hotel2 dan resto2.
